Our therapists and pilates instructors may use an array of pilates equipment available at our facilities during your treatment. Pilates combines stretching & strengthening in the same exercise. Our Hydrotracks or water treadmills available at our Orthopedic Therapy Specialists office are a very effective therapeutic treatment that allow for the same cardiovascular and strengthening benefits of a land-based treadmill without the compression of the joints. The thermal effect of the warm water reduces pain and muscle hypertension while it encourages circulation and tissue elasticity. It relieves a significant amount of body weight and provides resistance to movement of extremities.

If your are unable to start your rehabilitation by coming to our facilities we may be able to come to you. We frequently provide home therapy for patients located in the Greater Los Angeles area. Please call to see if we can schedule a home therapy appointment for you.
If you are training at our office, we will review correct ergonomics with you and the proper desk, chair, and computer setup for your particular workspace. If this is insufficient, we can come to your place of work and evaluate your work environment on a cash basis.
