We are a preferred provider for most major health plans and we will bill your insurance for Physical Therapy services.

If your insurance provider is not listed, please call (310) 273-8256 to see if we can accept your insurance.

And since insurance plans change frequently, please call your insurance company to determine if your deductible, limits, or copayment responsibility has changed.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

Motor vehicle accidents will usually be billed as primary insurance under the medical coverage of your auto policy (Med Pay will cover your medical bills following a car accident for three years following the accident or up to the limits of your policy).

Once those benefits are exhausted, you may utilize the benefits in a primary health insurance policy. Med Pay coverage will cover you and your passengers, regardless of who is at fault for the accident. You should not fear using your Med Pay auto coverage as your insurance company is prohibited from raising insurance rates or canceling coverage unless you are deemed responsible for the accident.

If you do not have medical benefits on your automobile insurance, we can bill you health insurance. If your insurance denies payment for therapy services, cash payment plans can be arranged by our finance manager.

We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, cash, check and money order.
